Does anyone else suffer from physical anxiety more than mental anxiety?

I feel like my body betrays me. I can have the most mentally clear head and yet heart is racing, face flushing, hands shaking. Especially when I’m speaking to people. I have zero thoughts making me anxious, it just happens. Any tips for that besides breathing because I can’t just stop talking to people to take deep breaths.

Experiencing weird breakthroughs and coincidences. What can you see in me?

I feel very emotional lately. Noticing every little detail around me. I feel both growth and loss. Feeling lost in my relationship. Also been having weird coincidences, noticing repeated dates and numbers, words being repeated by other people, seeing people in random places, a lot of “small world” situations. Just been noticing a lot lately and feeling so lost. What can you tell about me or my future? Will I be okay?

▲ 10 r/Bowling

I am relatively new to bowling. I started going about once a month starting a year ago, and now once or twice a week starting 3 months ago. In all honesty, I am not great as I’m trying to learn everything I can. My highest score is 135, though average around 110 due to consistency issues. I use the house ball right now, I’m up to 13 lbs (I’m female).

My question is, when is it worth to get my own custom ball? Would I see improvements in my score or should I wait until I get some more consistency/higher scores? I am willing to pay, it’s just more of a.. is it going to help anything at this point?
