Lowkey scared😭💔

My date is of 17th. And I am scared now, It can come anytime and absolutely wreck havoc inside me😭

A little background: I got my periods when i was in 6th grade and 12y/o. The day I got my first periods I was literally out the entire day doing outdoor stuff. After that for like a few years I had the most amazing periods ever. No heavy bleeding, no cramps AT ALL, lasted 4 days. Absolute dream. My mom was so happy that I dont get periods like she used to get (she used to have very, very bad periods, She went through alot of reproductive/uterus issues later too before and after my birth)

Then it all went down.

So I dont remember the exact timeline, but post covid I literally lost 8 kgs without doing anything (i used to literally bake and eat stuff every single day during lockdown so I gained a lot of weight, enough for my mom to start worrying) but it suddenly all flushed out (I am literally so skinny now people lowkey tease me for it And I dont feel comfortable without oversized clothes but that's a different story). With the weight loss CAME ABSOLUTE HORRENDOUSLY EXCRUCIATING CRAMPS.

My first day of periods, Its literal hell, no like literal HELL. I have taken so many painkillers till now I am scared for my future, I dont want to at all. I know the side effects are not good. But I literally cant bear it on my first day. Its just too bad. I tried to suffer in silence alot, But I am done now. My mom said next month she will take me to her gynecologist (after a lot of requesting. It's not like she is conservative, love her, but she is just scared of going to a doctor). I really hope I get a good solution rather than "It's normal". The pain of first day literally tires me later. Like I genuinely get tired as a aftereffect of pain. 2nd day is like that. 3rd and 4th day though are super normal and I am 98% done with the blood by day 5.

Hotbags help but its so annoying they get cold really quick. Has anyone tried the nua heating patches? I am thinking of ordering them tomorrow. I am thinking about buying a heating device machine type thing too, I saw a reel about it. Some tips/tricks/stuff you do to hsndle the excruciating pain would mean alot. I really dont want to take painkillers man.

TLDR: Periods. Just that. It ruins me.

Popped a pimple below nostril and now I am having a slight throbbing in my teeth

I got this pimple type thing below my left nostril few days ago. It was not a full blown pimple, a bit red a bit white. Definitelynot ready to be touched or popped. Now, I have seen countless videos on how its the danger zone and should not be pricked or touched and have even told others to not do it but this shit ahh mind of me couldnt stop and i did it. Some stuff came out. Very little. I thought it would get red and go away (because i have done this before).

Now, It is inflamed enough that when I touch it, it hurts and it looks like it has filled with pus again. The entire thing is not too big is not even that noticeable. The main thing is i feel this weird sensation/sensitivity/throbbing in my front teeth especially of the right side. I feel like I did something with a nerve. Its not too bad but the sensation noticeable. I kinda googled it (again why idk) and it said that this should be looked by a professional.

What should I do? Getting anxious now. I am going to sleep now hoping it would fade away by the morning

Is the "pop" sound important?

I posted here a while ago about how the cup was just not going in, but with the help of many people (Love you alot) i was able to get it in..but it was on the last day of my periods so I couldnt really actually test it.

This cycle I was excited for it. It went in smoothly. I did the push down method. It seems it opened inside as when I tried to run my fingers along it, it didnt seem dented or anything. But I unfortunately leaked through it while sleeping. When I took it out it wasn't fully filled too. I surfed here alot and the "pop" sound seems significant..if i recall correctly I didnt hear a sound like that. As of now I did put it in again (no pop sound this time too) but i have a pad too just in case.

And I kinda feel like I have something inside me. As much as I have seen its supposed to feel like nothing?

So maybe its not sitting in the right position? Or its not opening properly? It feels as if its fully opened though. How should I check it?

Edit: I just checked and i leaked through it again..I am using a small sized one from Sirona

It just didnt go in

Got a cup today (small). I was not scared at all, instead I was excited to have pad free periods.

Unfortunately I didnt get time to practice and I got my periods today too. I have a really moderate flow which lessens a lot during the last 2 days but super super painful first day. My cramps eased a bit after some hours so I thought I would give it a try

Got a mirror, an XL pad (I thought for the first time i would have it as a backup) the cup and went in the washroom all confident.

The thing is I have never inserted anything in there before..not even my own finger(never used a tampon). So I had to look in the mirror, examine and put in a finger. AND IT HURT and burn a bit. Not a lot but significantly discomforting. The canal felt so small I was like how tf would the cup go in.

Still tried with the cup and of course it didnt go in. I just couldnt understand the path. I am thinking of trying again tomorrow.

Any tips would be appreciated😭

Never doing anything there before gave me a hard time today I feel :,)
