Absolutely love wearing this pair! I’ve barely worn my Highs since I bought these🔥

My 2 new fragrance pickups, picked up from Delhi Duty Free. It cost me ₹8,050 for JPG Le Male in Blue 125ml and ₹13,000 for Guerlain Vetiver Parfum 100ml.
Now coming to the fragrances, based on my initial impressions -
Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male in Blue💙:-
I was very keen to try out this newly launched JPG fragrance after seeing all the reviews and videos online. I saw this on the shelves randomly while passing through Bali Airport Duty Free, but it was much more expensive there. I didn’t know whether it had landed on Indian shelves or not. I saw this at Delhi Duty Free and decided to pick it up instantly, and also got a comparatively good price.
It’s not completely a blue/aquatic fragrance, nor is it completely a nighttime or proper winter fragrance. It’s based on, or you can say inspired by, the OG Le Male DNA. It has that fresh and floral( lavender) opening and seems a little spicy and aromatic, tho not too much like the Le Male DNA. I’ll soon be wearing it properly to see how it performs and smells on my skin, but based on my initial impressions, this fragrance is a solid 7–7.5/10 for me. Do give it a try if you get the chance.
Guerlain Vetiver Parfum🍃:-
For the past month or two, I’ve been very fascinated by the vetiver note in general. I also made a post asking which one to choose from the three , TDH, TF, and Guerlain, but sadly, the post got removed lol. I tried the Tom Ford Grey Vetiver EDP in Delhi last month. I liked how it smelled in general, but it wasn’t something I would blindly go for. It was good, but not something I would’ve picked instantly. After that, I wanted to try the Guerlain, but I didn’t get the chance anywhere and was about to blind buy it lol. I was looking to buy this only from Duty Free before the JPG (that was an impulsive buy).
Coming to the fragrance, a solid 9/10 for me!!! Exactly what I was looking for. The moment I tried it, it smelled like a very mature fragrance. Very deep, which was not the case with TF Grey Vetiver. Proper grassy and very unique, something which I don’t own or haven’t worn before. After giving it a few sniffs and trying it over and over, it completely felt like a monsoon fragrance packed in a bottle. Now I totally get the hype around Guerlain Vetiver.
And as I mentioned at the start, this review is based on my initial impressions, yet to try and see how both these fragrances perform on my skin.
