Corporate Retreat perk, love to be able to reposition the barrier but do you think it should trigger Efficient Design after repositioning as well?

Currently Efficient Design only triggers on the first instance of using barrier. I'd say given the current Corporate Retreat time window to reposition it would probably not be overbearing but I'd love to know what you feel about it too
