Are there any jobs ACTUALLY hiring rn??

I worked 2 retail jobs. One of them I still currently work at, I’ve been working here for almost a full year now.
I have applied to target, starbucks, panda, chipotle, panera bread, denny’s, ihop, boxlunch, spencers, spirit halloween, hot topic, some coffee shops, victoria secret, bath and body, michaels, literally no one’s hiring even tho they say they’re hiring. I dont understand. Maybe I need to apply to all of them again and call every single place and or go irl and drop off my resumes to every single place also if thats what it takes to actually get fucking hired.

can someone help me figure out how to fix this light situation?

im trying to renovate this old shed in my backyard. ive been wanting to ever since i moved in but havent got to it because i was a teenager and didnt know what to do.

the wires are cut. i don’t even know what exactly which wires do and how to replace it. calling an electrician is very much the last thing i wanna do bc money.

if anyone can just tell me what exactly the problems are, i can look up tutorials on how to replace it/fix it or if anyone is knowledgeable enough they can tell me a general description on how i can fix it or any tips n such.

any help is appreciated!

the wires are cut so obviously nothing turns on. for now i can just get battery operated lamps to brighten up the place so i can see for now but i’d eventually want to use the actual electricity in this building.

should i lighten the brassy colors and the patchiness i missed?

hai i wanna dye my hair kinda like the first pic but idk if i should fix the color first? i think it’d be fine if i did but idk…. it is going to by multicolored so it really wont matter that much but im just concerned that in the future it might look bad if i wanna dye it again.. but again its probably fine and not that big a deal since its not really that noticeable anyways and it especially wont be since i’ll be having multicolored hair so ERR GUYS IDK LMK PLZ

Any know any good temp black hairdye that washes out good?

hai i wanna dye parts of my hair black and i have iroiro black hair dye but i’ve heard iroiro stains your hair and its really hard to get out or impossible to get out.

my hair is a level 7 bleached blonde rn. im thinking of doing the black first and then the blue.

if anyone knows any black hair dyes that wont stain my hair or be super hard or impossible to get out, that would be super helpful!!

(btw if ur wondering why i decided to bleach my whole head instead of leave the parts i want black alone, i just didnt wanna deal with bleaching those parts when i do wanna dye my hair again. after this hair im thinking of maybe doing pink and purple ends/accents in my hair)
