Best country to travel as a first time female solo traveler?

Hi, just as what the title says.

27F, living in GCC. Planning to use my remaining annual leaves this November. First time to travel solo, if ever.

To all women out there, please suggest the best country you've been to, doon sana sa visa-free destinations as I don't think I have enough time to fix my documents (maybe next yr lol).

Around 10 days yung plan ko na ilalaan for the travel. I prefer site seeing and mag food trip talaga, not so much sa mga beach.

Open to suggestions sa SEA or even Central Asian countries. Thanks 🙏🏻

Solo trip to Japan this Nov - 14 days

Hi! I'm 27F and I'm planning on doing my first solo trip in Japan for 14 days this November.

Anyone here who can help me maximize my visit while also not breaking the bank? I really wanna check historical places, not really much of a beach person. I'm more of outdoorsy and views type of person when I travel. I like to gain new experiences whenever I have the chance.

I wanna visit temples and eat lots of local Japanese food and also get souvenir stamps.

If anyone has done the same before, please let me know the places you've visited! Thanks! 😊🙏🏻

House and Lot or Condo unit?

Hi, I'm a 27F OFW working in GCC.

I want to start investing in properties soon habang bata pa. Can someone please advice me of what I can do?

Pinag-iisipan ko bumili ng pre-selling lot sa Nuvali or condo unit sa Pasay para sana pag uuwi sa Pinas, meron akong place para sa sarili ko

Things to consider:

- Wala pa planong mag asawa in the next 5 years at walang plano magka anak

- Little to no background/idea about property investment

- Family home ay sa Cavite and Batangas

Please share your thoughts or things I can do to start planning. Thank you..

Construction noise and vibration

The lot next to my apartment building has ongoing construction work and they are starting excavation / digging activities that there are noise and vibration that we can feel and hear as early as 5:30 AM during work days.. the construction is on the right side of the building, and my room is on the left side but it feels like the construction is literally outside my window with how much noise there is.. is it legal to start construction activities that early or no?

If not, where can I complain about this? Because this is i think a private project, and there are no signages of what company they are at the fences..

Thanks for the help.
