I have booked tickets using SmartBuy via ease my trip vendor. Airline rescheduled flights by 5+hrs. I would have assumed full refund means with convenience fee etc which costed me 5k for a 55k booking. EMT saying they can’t refund convenience fee and service fees. Is that info correct?
