Post surgery blues and tips

I had surgery on my foot 2 weeks ago, and I have a cast, and I thought that I would just sit around and be lazy, I didn't know about post surgery blues and I'm currently depressed because I feel like, I'm a waste and that I'm useless, I feel like I'm reverting back to the person I used to be, the one I hate, I feel sluggish and just hopeless, is there any ways to combat this without medication because in the country I'm in it's really hard to get a medical prescription, I don't mind if this post is removed I just need some tips to get through this

Hear me out: imagine Ninjago with impact frames

Now I get it, Impact frames are a mostly 2d animation thing, but imagine one of the ninja hitting the enemy so hard it causes an impact frame, and the enemy just stands there unfazed, that would add tension and also make the villians look more powerful and the ninja also but this is just a hear me out

Confession: Ninjago affected the way I saw snakes for a long time

I saw snakes as these hostile scaly scary slithering creatures for a long time because of the great devourer and the serpentine, I'm now almost 20 and now know that most snakes are long chill scaly boys and the only time they attack humans are when humans invade their personal space and ignore their warnings.

When I saw Garmadon being bit, I thought the snake bit him to infect him, but now I look at that scene and is like, well, no joke you're going to get bit you went I to the personal space of a snake and ignored it's warnings

Anyway, that was one of the 2 things about Ninjago that stuck with me for a long time, I don't want to talk about the other thing
