Finally a proper leads !

Started this as a side experiment — wanted to see if I could pull structured business data from Maps without paying for some overpriced data vendor.

Tested it on LA dentists. Ended up with 3,000+ records: names, numbers, addresses, websites. Clean enough to actually use.

Threw it in a spreadsheet, shared it with a couple of people ended up with 2 paying clients from it which I did NOT expect.

Need a different niche or city? I can build custom outreach datasets for various industries and locations (1,000+ records).

I was testing a local business extraction workflow and ended up compiling around 3,000 Los Angeles dental office listings sourced from public business directories and Google Maps research.

Structured into CSV format for outreach workflows.

Includes:

business names

phone numbers

location info

Mainly useful for:

lead gen agencies

cold email campaigns

appointment setters

SaaS companies targeting dental clinics

I can also build similar datasets for other industries/locations (US only) depending on volume requirements.

Happy to share a sample if anyone’s interested.

How do you track client renewals and follow-ups? Excel still king?

Been talking to a few insurance agents lately and was surprised how many are still using Excel or just plain memory to track renewals and follow-ups.

Curious if that's common or if most agents have moved on to something better.

For those who tried CRM tools — did they actually help or just add more work? What made you stick with one or go back to spreadsheets?

Asking because I've been trying to solve this problem myself and want to understand how agents actually work day to day.
