Hey guys, I am the Software Lead for our project. We are building a wall-mounted automatic medicine dispenser from scratch and need advice on what software, programming languages, and databases to use.

**How it works:**

**Hardware:** An ESP32 controls a stepper motor that rotates a circular container with 7–8 pill slots. When a timer hits, it rotates, gravity drops the pill, and an onboard buzzer/LED alarms.

**App Requirements:**

1. Input custom data: Medicine name, dosage, and exact intake times.

2. Refill/Reset trigger: Let the user log when they reloaded a new batch of weekly pills to reset the cycle.

3. Dashboard: Tracks if the daily pill is Pending, Taken, or Missed.

4. Phone notifications: Alerts the user if they are late taking the medicine.

1. What language/framework should we use for the mobile app to handle these custom inputs easily?
2. What database or cloud service is best for real-time syncing between the app and the ESP32 so the hardware instantly gets the new schedules?

Hello, I need help po, sabi ng doctor is may supernumerary teeth daw ako. Nagulat ako nung sinabi ng dentist kasi akala ko normal lang yung parang may umbok slightly sa gilid ng dila ko sa ibaba (yung 2 teeth sa xray), kasi identical siya. Then yung upper teeth is di ko makapa and mafeel. Sabi niya it cost 15-18k per tooth. My doc suggested na tanggalin yung 4 teeth sa taas at ibaba. Wala din naman ako napifeel na any pain. Sa ngayon ay di pa rin po ako makapag CBCT(suggestion ni doc) kasi wala po akong budget. I need help po, ano po kaya sa tingin niyo?
