You can cook/ bake in them?
I was scrolling through their Instagram and just found this out? Maybe I've read it before and forgot.
What has everyone baked/cooked in their Souper Cubes?
Thank you 🙏

Hi everyone,
Yes so just had my 2nd 2.5mg jab and thought I would say Hi and introduce myself.
I'm 35, female, this is my stats over my first week
Dosage 2.5mg, SW 6/08/26: 83.3 CW 13/08/26: 80.9
I haven't really figured out my goal weight. I'm 158cm, my doctor says for my height it should be 65kg .. but honestly even if I was about 70kg I would be happy.
I have a complex medical history, I was born with cardiac complications and with Charcot Marie Tooth (neuropathy nerve disease and muscular atrophy). So I will have to focus a lot more on strength training and protein intake.
My first week was ok, the second - fourth day I had a bit of nausea, it honestly felt like being pregnant and have certain foods aversions. I also felt like food was filling me up for much longer.
I've been calculating all my calories in Chronometer and using the Glapp app (thank you to this page for the great ideas!). Although I haven't been crazy about what I'm eating (still have a chocolate mocha from the cafe, a KitKat with my tea before bed), I have been really focusing on getting 70-80g protein in my day. This week I think I'll focus harder on healthier choices. I just didn't want to stress myself out.
I've found I haven't had to actually work very hard to focus on calories, it's been very easy to make good choices.
The only issue I had was constipation till day 5, but I think I'm going to do some more research on how to help my bowels moving more often.
I also had a surprise symptom (?), my inflammation around my body has seemed to have dipped down. By day 3, I felt like I could move so easily. Usually with CMT (which also comes with Muscular Atrophy and nerve pain). I haven't had to rely on my usual pain medication. I will be seeing my doctor this week to discuss this, but this was a surprise. If it was just a placebo or the medication I'm not sure, but it was lovely to not feel so much usual pain.
Anyways, that's enough rambling. If anyone has any suggestions or wants to chat, I'm here to make friends!
If anyone has a chronic disease that wants to chat, I'm here!
I'm very excited to be apart of this group and excited for my future! Yay!!!
They were only around Venus, the night sky is a clear winter night, no cloud. There were no other lights at any other point, only Venus. Anyone else?
Hey everyone,
Unfortunately my grandfather has passed and I have inherited his lovely Plum Headed Parrot.
She is about 10 months old, female. I also already own a 8 year old Green Cheek Conure, Male.
I would appreciate any tips, as I don't know the breed. I'm definitely the bird person of the family but would really appreciate any advice.
Also, what will happen in spring? (1.5 month's away here in Australia). Do I need to keep them apart?
Here's is a photo of her in her lovely new cage, I don't have many toys to not frighten her.
Thank you!
