LA Hot Moms - where are we finding nannies?

Hi fellow moms! For those of you that have nannies, where did you find them? I'm a FTM to a 7 month old and I'm not sure where to start! Are there agencies you all recommend or did you go through something like Care.com? TIA!

Stuck in Crap Nap Hell

Baby is 5.5 months now and is fully sleep trained (she basically sleep trained herself, lucky us!). She falls asleep independently for bedtime and naps, but will NOT stay asleep for naps longer than 28 minutes. It's 28 minutes on the dot every time, except for a few morning naps where it's 35 minutes. If we contact nap she'll nap longer, but it still takes her a good 20 minutes to fall back asleep after waking.

Because the naps are so short, we still are on 4 naps a day to make it to bedtime. Bedtime is 7:30 and she usually wakes around 6:30. She sleeps fully through the night 90% of the time except for a occasionally a few wakings when she puts herself back to sleep.

Wake windows are around 2-2.5 hours. We follow sleepy cues still and she always goes down fairly easy so I don't think it's a wake window issue? But idk.

Naps have been 28 minutes since she turned 4 months old and I am LOSING it lol. Please help!! Am I doing something wrong?

I live in CC with my 6 month old and want to venture out more. How do people board the SEPTA buses with a stroller? Do they just pick it up and carry it in or is there a ramp of some kind? What do people typically do?
