Does anyone else have an issue where you pull out the bottom rack to load and it seemingly falls off the rail and is a bit** to put back in? My whole family experiences this and finds it frustrating.

Nothing but complaints with this unit. I’d for sure go back to my $400 whirlpool if it was an option. Ongoing “error” messages that self resolve, multiple service calls when it calls for water with no actual issue found.
