Is my pdg rising appropriately? I feel like it was starting too and then everything dipped again

So it’s day 5 I started antivirals yesterday. I called dr with symptoms and she said immediately said shingles and gave me meds but here’s the thing I have no rash. How common is zoster sine herpete (internal shingles) I have it right on where my bra strap sits on the left side and it’s so painful. I initially thought I pulled a muscle Tuesday but then it turned into this burning pain. My dr said it could just be in the prodromal phase. But day 5 and nothing?
Ok so I am very aware the current recommendation is to stop glps prior to conceiving or as soon as you find out you’re pregnant. Im not suggesting it just curious because more and more people are finding autoimmune symptom relief using GLP off label.
That being said… I’m hearing through the grapevine of autoimmune moms choosing to continue their GLP at a microdose instead of going with plaquenil or LDN (also being used off label). However I feel it’s such a controversial thing so no one is sharing or talking about it. Even these moms I’m hearing of are having to sign releases etc to protect the drs.
What I want to know has anyone heard of this too? Know any one? Have any experiences they are willing to share? What was the outcome of the pregnancy? I know there’s are some case by case basis for moms who are diabetics but I can’t find anything for autoimmune moms.
Currently one living child and one miscarriage. Kindly share with me what my palms say about children and marriage 🫶 thank you!
Had a mmc at 12w baby measured 10w4d, D&C on 6/16 here’s the thing I’ve had tons of pink ewcm since cd20. Anyone have any insight? Could ovulation be right around the corner? Any of these look like a true peak and premom not read it right? Anovulatory cycle? No period yet. Thank you!
Tw: mention of loss
Firstly I’m so sorry if this isn’t posted right I did my best!
Hello 👋 I have hashimotos and recently had a mmc 12 weeks. Ob strongly feels it was genetic but testing on baby came back as normal female genotype, ob also stated that my thyroid could have contributed as well. Since the loss I’m showing symptoms of postpartum thyroiditis/hashi flare up. And I’m currently hyperthyroid. This also occurred after the birth of my first daughter as well and took 13mos just to level out enough to even conceive the baby I just lost. We do want more children but I’m terrified my thyroid will cause another loss. How do I lower my antibodies and help my thyroid out moving forward? How do I stop this current thyroid storm? What questions should I be asking my doctor? Are there any additional labs I need to be asking for? I’ve read ldn or plaquenil can be helpful, I am having arthritis symptoms but I’m not sure if it’s RA or possibly related to currently being hyperthyroid. I’m finding it impossible to get in with an endocrinologist and I’m being told that a reproductive endocrinologist isn’t who I need to see either. I’m begging for help is there a reputable tele health source I can see sooner?
I’ll preface my lab results by saying my most recent labs I have not had a follow up for but have been dealing with this long enough to know I need to reduce my meds. Currently on 150mcg levothyroxine but only taking twice a week. I also was not aware of how I should be doing my labs but will be so when I go in for redraw on Friday.
Below are my levels from 6/2 while still pregnant (ob didn’t order everything) drawn at 11am not fasting also had glucose test done. And I had taken my Levo but at the time was still on 137mcg.

I have hashis and I recently had a missed miscarriage late first trimester
We want to start trying again as soon as possible but I’m already showing signs of postpartum thyroiditis. I’m already swinging hyperthyroid and luckily my antibodies are stable/declining but they could go back up again. Who should I see regular endo or reproductive endo? It took me 13months last time to get my tsh in a good place but still had elevated antibodies when I conceived. They believe it was genetic but testing came back with no apparent abnormality in the fetus. And doc noted that my thyroid could have contributed to my loss. I’ve had such a hard time getting into an endo so I always had my pcp manage my thyroid.
Testing out my miscarriage. DNC on 6/16 unfortunately all I had was frer strip of that day. I posted my line progression and vvvfl back around 4/11 thought this might be appreciated here. I was supposed to 12ish weeks babe measured 10w4d
Hopefully I’ll be back soon. 🥲

we found out in April we were expecting another baby my girls were going to be 20mos apart. Friday i was supposed to be 12w I went in for a scan to get announcement pics and babe was only measuring 10+4 and there was no heart beat. Everything was kind of a blur but ob got me in right away to confirm everything. My worst nightmare was unfortunately true. I should be going in Monday or Tuesday for a dnc. My mama heart is hurting so badly.
I don’t think with healing and waiting for my cycle to come back I’ll make it back in time. I was so looking forward to my girls being so close together.
