Why do so many trans women refuse to voice train?

So many trans related videos and even though you might think that the person is trans, but could also not be.

Then they open their mouth and make it clear they are a estrogenated man in a dress.

Literally just a bit of voice training could help so much yet so many trans women avoid it like its plague and then they cry when people call them sir even though they were a dress, as if gender is stored in gendered clothing...

Question about VFS and surgery costs

I have bupa silver plus hospital cover from my employer but I might be leaving the employer soon.

Sadly the surgery would be after that date.

Asking how much it would be to keep the cover until the next day of the surgery comes to around $555

Based on your experience? could the hospital/anaesthesiologist costs reach above that?

Item Numbers: 41861 x 2 + 41879 and you are only rly staying there for half a day, discharged during the evening, and you the surgery is only 1 hour.

Trying to decide if i should keep the cover or not.. I will be moving to HBF after but this is something to cover the surgery in the meantime.

Annual leave payout. Should it be paid on the last day or not?

I am trying to figure out if as per the NES, annual leave payout(not normal salary) is meant to be paid on the last date or not.

This article suggest it does hicksons.com.au/blog/termination-payments-must-be-made-on-the-employees-last-day-are-you-compliant/

I dont have an award or an enterprise agreement, HR said that as per the contract you will get those at the next pay cycle.

But according to that article, annual leave payout has to happen on the last day and a contract cant supersede that.

Am i understanding something wrong?

Advice needed - Would this be considered damage?

Long term tenant, 4-5 years, will be leaving in 2 months and worried if they might try to claim those dents on the wall as damage caused by the curtain during a windy day.

it happened years ago and no inspection has apparently noticed or mentioned it.

The dents are minor but many in a row, it happened one day where the wind was blowing hard. I had left the curtain down for privacy since it looks directly on the pathway people walk through.

‘it has no way to secure itself so it pretty much just hangs there so one windy day it managed to do all that on the wall. After it happened I secured it by putting some items to hold it down.

Would this be considered fair wear and tear after 4 years considering the dents are small? if they try to claim the bond can in say it was caused by the design of the curtains not having a mechanism to secure themselves?

‘I feel it is unreasonable to expect me to have 0 bedroom privacy if I ever want to open the window if they suggest that ‘side window open=other side curtain must be up always’ but it could be me

So what happens if the sex act no longers includes trans women?

Plenty of people kept saying that this will never happen in Australia but if LNP or One nation ever take power this will be their number 1 priority.

The reason its number one priority is because they will refuse to legislate anything meaningful to improve people's lives so they will just try to score points with their base by attacking trans people and vice signalling while giving Gina taxpayer handouts.

So assuming this happen, what happens?

Does it suddenly invalidate birth certificates? IDs? Passports? Is discrimination now completely ok cause trans people arent included?

Also what is up with that useless human right commission answers, dont they know the basic thing about trans people? its pretty clear they did not have any scientific answers to share and kept saying "Dunno, just ask a judge"

Does weather affect your voice?

I have been doing voice training for a year now and been passing but my voice does make me feel it sounds off sometimes so I am looking into VFS.

But i also notice now that i use the trained voice, weather seems to affect me much more.

Its a lot harder if its very hot in the summer and I am low on breath due to a long period of walk or climbing.

And now that its winter in Australia I am having a similar issue, it gets quite cold and my nose becomes a bit clogged, my voice is a lot weaker and its almost impossible to have a clear voice until the temperature improves later in the day.

Like intonation is fine but the strength is very low and pitch i would say medium, not high like when it is clear.

And when the VFS doctor looked into my vocal folds, everything looked healthy, he even gave me the video
