How does Delian Tomb compare to other premade adventures?

I've started running DT and we just finished part 1. I've been reading the adventure between the sessions and was very impressed with how it's written and how easy it is to run.

The truth is, this is my first premade adventure, as I avoid them because they sometimes get a bad rep or they (supposedly) require so much reading and adapting that it's easier to write your own thing from scrath.

And I wanted to ask: how does it compare to other premade adventures quality-wise and how easy it is to read and run (be it for D&D, PF1/2, Lancer or else)?

Edit: Thank everyone for replies! Happy to see a lot of reviews and personal experience. I guess I got really lucky with MCDM ;)

Do Summoner's minions count as allies?

We just had our first game with Summoner (who is cool as heck!), but we got really confused when it comes to Conduit or Tactician's abilities that target allies.

Do minions count or not? And if they do, does each of them count or only the whole squad does?

We stan pilot art, and what about custom frame art?

There is a local manufacturer in my corner on Lancer-verse, so I tried to give their mechs some visual rep. Meet the "it's knife o'clock" frame!

I want to wrap a large campaign ASAP, any tips?

I'm running a long (couple+ years) campaign, high fantasy, save-the-world sorta stuff. Some players left, some came to replace them, cool guys. We are playing somewhat weekly, everyone is kinda okay, but the spark, imo, is gone.

I know some players really want to see their character journey finished, some are tired. I'm both - I don't want all this time and effort to result in dropped campaign, but the exhaustion in here.

Therefore, I've decided that my goal is to finish the campaign asap - finish getting the last mcguffin and fight the BBEG while finishing everyone's personal arcs.

The issue is... I'm not sure how to balance getting stuff done quickly and avoid things feeling too anticlimactic. But I really feel that speed is of the essence for me. The sooner I'm done, the better.

And sure, I'll let players know that we are aiming towards the final act, but still.

Maybe someone was in a similar boat and could share an advice?

Bloodlust, Strife, Berserk, Mall of Hellfire... They all are cool skills, but I really don't want to be a glass cannon bleeding out 27/4. I'd rather be slower and comfortable, but as I get higher (~140 lvl atm) I have a feeling that I'm barely able to pass the DPS checks to take monsters out of afflicted state.

Is dabbling into these skills the only way to deal the relevant damage at higher AR?

Playing Gulance atm, but also dabbling into IG and other weapons.
