Day 6 / 75🧠✅

Day 6 / 75 Hard

I completed Day 6 successfully.

For Workout 1, I did yoga.

For Workout 2, I did a quads and calves strength workout.

Today, I read The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.

And yes I finished my gallon of water and ate healthy food throughout the day.

At the end of the day, I clicked my progress ss picture.

Today was my Nature & Solitude Day. I spent time in nature, observing the perfection of leaves, flowers, trees, clouds, and the sunset. In solitude, away from my phone, I realized that I can only become the best version of myself- not someone else. I don't need to be like anyone else,I just need to become me.

Day 6 done. 🔥

Day 3 /75 🧠

Another day of discipline, consistency, and self-growth completed.

Today, I successfully completed Day 3 of my 75 Hard and 75 Soft Challenge . Since I have never consumed alcohol in my life, I replaced the “no alcohol” rule with “no porn."

In Workout 1, I practiced yoga asanas, Kapalbhati, Ujjayi breathing, and meditation.

For Workout 2, I had very low energy, so I did a simple back workout with dumbbells instead of pushing myself too hard.

Today, I read the book 📖 Time Is Money by Aiden Nolan.

As part of my 75 Soft Challenge, I completed several neuropractices, including mindful eating, Bhramari, breathwork, affirmations, morning silence, and many more.

Today’s Personality Development Theme was Freedom Day -freedom from overthinking, freedom from attachment, freedom from emotional baggage, freedom from past traumas, freedom from judgment, freedom from emotional dependency, freedom from worries, freedom from negative beliefs, freedom from excuses, freedom from expectations, and freedom from fear.

Yes, today was my Freedom Day.

Now,

I feel so light. I feel so strong. I feel so happy . I feel at peace. ✌️🕊️

Day 2 / 75 hard and soft 🧠

I Completed all my 75 Hard targets today.✅

📖 Book i Read: Letting Go by Dr. David R. Hawkins

🧠 Today is Self-Awareness Day: I reflected on my strengths, weaknesses, emotions, triggers, motivations, values, and the kind of person I want to become.

Today, for a moment, I felt like skipping a task. My mind started giving excuses, but every time it did, I simply said, "Next." Then another excuse came"Next." Then another"Next." I kept doing that until there were no excuses left. Then I realized there was only one thing left to do: get up and do the work.

And For Workout 2, I did boxing and chest training. And in workout 1 , I did yoga

Day 1 / 75 🧠

Today was Day 1 of my 75 Hard and 75 Soft challenge, and I’m happy with how it went.

I gave my best today. It was my Personality Development Day, focused on gratitude and feeling lucky. I realized that I have so many things to be grateful for that I could keep counting them forever. Today, I truly felt lucky and thankful for everything in my life.

For Workout 1, I did stretching, yoga, and meditation. For Workout 2, I completed a leg workout and abs training.

I completed all of my 75 Hard targets 100%. 💯

For 75 Soft, I couldn’t reach my 8-hour study goal and managed only 5 hours. I’m not going to make excuses for it. I’ll simply work on doing better in the coming days.

I also read Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by Dr. Joe Dispenza and completed my neuropractices to help rewire my brain. 🧠

Overall, it was a good and productive day. Now I’m feeling very tired and ready to rest. 😴✨

I am doing two challenges simultaneously:

75 Hard 🔥

This challenge follows strict rules. Every task must be completed every single day. If I miss even one task, I fail the challenge and have to start again from Day 1.

75 Soft 🌱

This is my self-modified challenge. It includes habits like waking up early, studying, journaling, maintaining my sleep schedule, and other personal goals. I aim to complete them every day, but if I miss a day, I simply continue the next day without restarting.

One challenge is built on strict discipline, while the other is focused on consistency, growth, and long-term self-improvement.

• Yoga✅

• 8 Hours of Study✅

• 3 Litres of Water Intake✅

• Healthy & Clean Diet✅

• 20 Neuropractices To-Dos✅

• White Room Training (5 Steps)✅

• Book/Novel Reading✅

• Workout✅

• 6 Hours of Sleep✅

Today was a really good day for me. But I am trying very hard to give my best today.

At the beginning of the day, I had no excitement for my challenge. I felt lethargic and had a slight headache, but I never gave up. I decided that I was going to do it no matter what. I am not chasing perfection; I am simply showing up and giving my best.

As the day went on, especially in the evening, I felt a boost of energy. I became more focused and productive, and I continued to give my best, best, and best. I pushed myself to do better and stayed committed to my goals.

Now it is 1 a.m., and I have completed all my targets for the day. Today, I successfully completed Day 1 of my 75-Day Challenge. It was not a perfect day, but I showed up, stayed consistent, and gave my best effort. That is what matters the most.

Ans. What will makes my life meaningful?

What will make my life meaningful is this: if I never take a bribe, if I never do wrong to an innocent person, if I never disrespect food, and if I never surrender my moral principles before anyone. I may or may not become successful, rich, or famous, but if I can live with honesty, integrity, and a clear conscience, then I will consider my life meaningful. At the end of my life, I want to be able to look back and say that I stayed true to my values, treated people fairly, respected what I had, and never compromised my character for personal gain. For me, that is a life worth living.

The Most Beautiful Thing I Have Ever Seen

When I think about the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, I don't think of a place, a thing, or even nature. The first person who comes to my mind is my mother.

Her eyes are like deep oceans, filled with love, pain, emotions, and endless care for us. Her smile is as gentle and joyful as a butterfly. The little strands of hair that fall on her face look like a half moon. The natural glow on her cheeks is like a ripe strawberry.

But her beauty does not come from her appearance alone-it comes from her heart. She loves selflessly, cares deeply, and sacrifices quietly. Whenever she is around children, she becomes a child herself, laughing and playing with them.

To me, my mother is not just a beautiful person. She is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

Day 3 - What I Want to Do Before I Die!

Before I die, I want to donate my organs so that children and others who have many years ahead of them can have a chance to live a healthier and longer life.

I want to buy birds that are kept in cages and set them free into the open sky, so they can spread their wings and fly where they belong.

I want to spend quality time with my loved ones, hug them tightly, share memories, and tell them how much they mean to me.

And when my final day comes, I want to watch one last sunrise, listen to the birds chirping, feel gratitude for Mother Nature and for the life I was given, and leave this world peacefully with a thankful heart. 🌅🕊️🌎

Day 2 💕Things That Make Me Happy

Even though so many things make me happy, if I list them, I would mention only those things that actually make me happy internally.

No. 1 - Early morning view with the sunrise. 🌅

No. 2 - When I forgive and leave small insects like ants, cockroaches, and small reptiles while doing cleaning, I feel their happiness. ☺️

No. 3 - I feel internally happy when I consciously interact and talk with my favourite goddess.

No. 4 - I feel happy when I pray for someone without letting them know.

No. 5 - I feel internally happy when I forgive myself for my mistakes and praise myself.

No. 6 - When I give water to plants, give food to birds, and sugar to ants.

There is a very long list, but I mention only these 6 here. ✨

Day 1🌸 My Personality 🌸

I am an introverted person, but sometimes I become extroverted when the situation demands it. I like discipline in my life, and I am working very hard to strengthen and reinforce it every day.

My life principles are very clear and strict for me. I strongly believe in honesty, truth, loyalty, and earning things through my own efforts rather than taking freebies. These values guide my decisions and shape my character.

One of my best qualities is that I am a very spiritual person. I believe in A-Karma and always try to act as a positive force in the lives of others. I want my actions to create goodness and leave a meaningful impact.

My only weakness is that sometimes I show too much kindness and politeness towards others, even when it may not be necessary.

I have many hobbies and habits that I enjoy, such as yoga, reading books, journaling, going to the gym, cooking, singing, dancing, and learning new things. These activities help me grow and keep my life balanced.

Now comes the most interesting question: How do I face challenges?

The answer is simple-I never give up. 💪

For me, "No" means "No." When I decide to achieve something, I keep trying, trying, and trying until I succeed. Failure may slow me down, but it cannot stop me. Persistence is one of the strongest parts of my personality.

Another interesting question is: How do I see myself?

I see myself as a confident person, a beautiful soul with a soft heart. At the same time, I believe I have a bold, strong, and attractive personality. ✨

Most importantly, I truly believe that I can achieve anything I set my mind to. 🚀🔥

Universe as a Mother’s Womb

When a baby is inside its mother’s womb that is its whole world.

Everything it needs comes from there, food, safety and growth.

It does not know anything about the outside world. It cannot even imagine it.

For the baby this feels like everything that exists.

It has no idea that there is a mother, a sky, people and a much bigger world outside.

Then one day the baby is born.

Suddenly everything changes.

A new world opens up, light, air, sounds, space and many new things.

Now the baby realizes that what it thought was the whole world was actually just a small part of a much bigger reality.

We can think about our life in a similar way.

Maybe we are also living inside a much bigger system that we cannot fully see or understand.

We think the universe we see is everything that exists.

But just like the baby in the womb, our understanding might also be limited.

There could be a bigger reality beyond what we can see or imagine.

And maybe what we call God is connected to that higher reality, something that supports, creates or holds everything together like a mother supports the baby inside the womb.
