I left consulting to start my own company and am wondering if anyone else did this and where you’re at and or want to share notes. I’m 1-2 years in and it’s both exhilarating and exhausting and terrifying all at the same time. Would love to speak to others that did the same.

I started my own EPM boutique consulting firm approx 2-3 years ago and have a small but growing pipeline of work and am looking for cofounders to grow the firm with me. 30% equity (between 3 founders total) with the remaining for first employees etc.
I have partnership with EPM vendors and relatively steady work in the mid market. I’m looking to scale and while it can be done solo, I’d prefer to grow with a team so if anyone is interested, please feel free to leave a comment below / pm me and we can discuss to see if we’d be a good fit.
Part time commitment to begin with. Compensation would be billable work.
