First session of Dragons Down

Just had my first session (Scenario 1) of Dragons Down and oh my god, I had sooo much fun. Some notes:

• Played as a Dwarf-Warrior

• Sneaked around the wildlands, fullfilling the mission to set foot on every mountain tile.

• Found some really cool loot (Icon of the dragon) which gave me LP but also made it harder because dragons - kept on spawning at my position.

• At one point I was attacked by 2 adult dragon and almost died (could not evade bc my 3 speed was not enough)

• Symbol of vision made it easier for me to find hidden paths and loot sites

• Sold the Icon of the dragon to get some better gear

• I could have retired in round 20 for 12 LP. But I wanted to test fate and went in the south to find a giant and juvenile dragon (needed to kill 1 each for the 2 missions).

• Found 3 juvenile dragons instead which almost killed me, had to evade the last one with 1 health left

• Had some more time left and looted the crypt, found the golden icon (more LP and fame, yeahh)

• Found the needed giant and killed him in one attack (they are rather easy to kill right?)

• Had not that much time left and ran back to the keep to fullfill the missions.

• Unfortunately wasn’t able to gain the title (killed only 1 monster with >10 fame)

• Retired and had 23 LP in the end. I don’t think I made any huge rule mistakes, was just lucky. But maybe you can find something in my notes etc.

Will work through the rulebook and a playthrough again to hammer the rules down even more :)

Ich probiere mich weiter aus. Heute: Veganer Döner.

Moin!

Video gibts hier: https://youtu.be/plemXrihDkA?is=FRjKUZfDR1XgSpgo

Erstes mal „vegan“ grillen. Kleine Schritte.

Moin!

Lost my first match without having any chance.

Second match: won quite decisively today.
I had a ton of money at certain points, which allowed me to upgrade my cards effectively. The strategy is clear:
• "Conspiracy" with the Silver faction.
• Playing cards for free.
• Advancing as far as possible on the low-level tracker to unlock higher-value cards.
