15mo need help please

15 month old

Sleep trained

Goes to day care.

1 nap schedule for the past 3 months

Broken night sleep

Tried over tried under tired theories. Stuck to strict schedules. Went through back to back teething pain including molars. Tried pain relief to get longer sleep stretches (barely any help).

She is very comfortable falling asleep on her own in her own crib for a long a i can remember. So its not sleep association. Her room is pitch dark. It's not hunger, she refuses anything.

She wakes up crying and wants me to pick her up. She suppose crying as soon as she is picked up. I also tried letting her cry 2 to 3 mins before i went in, the only thing came out of it was that she fell sick. So now, I tried to calm her put her back in, early wakes it works Most times, some days split night. But anything after 3 pm if i try that its definitely a split night. So i carry her and let her fall asleep and transition her back to crib.

There were days in the past month. Where for a week she slept through the night. Even those nights she woke up sat for about 20 mins and slept back by herself. So i know she can do that.

Wake up 730 am

First nap 1230pm (usually lasts 1.5 hours)

Bad time 745pm (somedays she takes 2 mins to fall asleep. Somedays is 90 mins)

I can't survive this any longer as I'm a working mom and no help except my husband and he is exhausted too.

Should i just cosleep a also trained baby?

14 months old

I'm not sure where i went wrong. My baby was asleep trained quite early. She can now fall asleep independently without rocking or holding her.

But for thr past couple of months she has been waking up atleast 4 to 5 times at night crying. The minute i hold her she is calm and sometimes falls asleep in my arms less than 10mins. But sometimes esp early morning wakings take 1.5hours to 2hours to fall asleep. Once she is fully asleep i transfer her back to the crib.

This pattern emerged after trying let her cry for 5 to 10mins, calm her, put her back in the crib and all the other theories.

Here's where it gets tricky in-between this chaos there was a week of clean sleep. She did wake up once middle of the night but got herself to fall back asleep without crying. Sometimes it took her 30mins but shr still managed to sleep without me.

I tried to recreate the same pattern but nothing seems to be working.

Since her nights are messed up i am not sure if she is well rested in the morning.

Wake up around 730 to 8am.

1 nap 1230pm to 2pm (mostly 1.5hours)

Bed time tried 7pm (didnt work, some days she took 2hours to fall asleep. Some days she woke up every 40mins)

Bedtime tried 8pm (didnt work, woke up multiple times through the night)

Bed time inbettween 7 to 8 still didnt work.

My husband has given up and recommends i co sleep. I believe thats not gonna fix the issue coz i carried her to sleep last night but she was up at 530am. Tried to get her to sleep till 630. Didnt work, but she fell asleep for an hour after breakfast.

Please help. I thought i had an easy baby when she was 6 months old and used to sleep through the night and none of her naps ever needed support.

14 months old struggling to sleep through the night.

Barely sleeps for 2 hours straight. She goes to daycare and apparently sleeps for 1.5hours. She has transitioned to 1 nap schedule months ago. And she did have an amazing clean week. So i know its not the 1 nap issue.

According to huckleberry she is supposed to go to bed at 7-720pm (which would be 5.5hours wake windown) But it takes her about 30mins to fall asleep. Sometimez 1.5hours to fall asleep. If i take her much later 8ish with (6.5 hours wake window) she sleep instantly (less than 10min) but wakes up every 40mins to 2hours crying and needs to be held back to sleep most times.

I have data from Nanit so apologies for not having this updated in Huckleberry. I pause Huckleberry wheni feel i have a rhythm but clearly i shouldn't do that.

Hi everyone.

My 13 month old has transitioned to 1 nap schedule since day care env is new and very distracting she doesnt go for a nap earlier. She is fully sleep trained and can fall asleep by herself without any support.

Waskes up at 8am and her first nap is around 1230pm and she wakes up at 140pm. Her nap is usually 1h.15m - 1h 25m max.

And she is back home at 430pm. I take her for a short walk mostly so she can get a cat nap, if i dont go for a walk she doesnt sleep, she is over active once back home.

Her cat nap lasts about 15 to 20mins. I usually wake her up. Thats from 5pm to 520pm.

I try and take her to bed at 8pm if she has had her cat nap. If not, she goes to bed at 7pm.

But either ways her night is super messed up. Wakes up either at 1230am or at 3am and is up for 2-3hours. And falls asleep.

I have tried moving her bed time earlier (after the cat nap) which has multiple wake ups. Sometimes every 2 hours.

I have tried to push her bed time. Didnt work either.

Any help would be great to get her to fall back asleep without staying up for 2 hours.

Most days i let her stay in the crib and try and fall asleep again, while i stay in the same room. And i can see her desperately try to sleep. After 1.5 hours of trying. She asks me to carry her and sleeps in 15mins on my lap.

If i carry her as soon as she woke up to get her to transition she is very wiggly on my lap and is up for 2 hours anyway. Very difficult to get her into the crib when she is awake then
