looking for some advice! 23f 210lbs

hey! i’m pretty new to fasting so im just looking for some advice. please be patient and kind because this might be kinda a dumb thread/questions. some background- i started fasting 1 d 3 hours ago, and im kind of hungry. i could definitely keep fasting if i wanted to. however, i really want to have some corn on the cob with chicken. i know this is probably a craving but idk. at the same time i dont want to lose my fasting progress and stop burning stored fat for energy.

i guess i have a few questions (might be dumb). if i eat now will that “reset” the fast and will my body use the food i eat as calories opposed to my stored fat? do you think i should keep fasting and only eat when i am very very hungry? should i eat something lower in calories like just the chicken instead of corn+chicken? thanks to anyone willing to help a newbie!!

10 lb picture hanging help

the picture i’m hanging above my bed is 11 lbs with d rings on the back. it is 47 x 20 in. the d rings are at the very edge of the wall art. all i have are screws and a 20lb 3M command strip pack. i used a stud finder and i found studs but they are too close together. since it is above the bed, i want it in a specific place (and i dont want it to crash on my head😅). what do i do? can i make it work with what i have or do i have to go to the store?

For the first time in my life i have 5 different fruits and veggies in my fridge!

including the classic dino nuggies 🦖. I’m really trying to push myself to eat things i am not familiar with, including fruits and vegetables which i have never eaten. I have blueberries, watermelon, edamame, carrots, and corn on the cob! i’m probably going to post a video about me trying all them, excluding corn on the cob because i love it lol. So excited and nervous to see how this goes🤞

i’ve also been trying to experiment with different dipping sauces so i got a new one to try!
