i will go first and explain, this build is inspired by the current Riven meta on pc league where Riven outheals aatrox 3 times
gore = 8% vamp
conquerer = 9% vamp
legend bloodline = 8% vamp
boots = 10% vamp
35% total vamp with just 2 items, boot and runes
now let's keep counting passives of items
gore heals percentage of missing hp on activate
vamp boots increases all healing and shielding by 15% when bellow 50% hp
now we add eclipse for shields cuz funny
triumph heals 10% of missing hp on kill
death dance heals 10% of max hp on kill
sundered sky healing 120% ad + 6% missing hp on proc
