Osaka in September

Hi I’m an artist from Kyushu that got invited to participate in a group exhibition in Osaka. I will be exhibiting from Sept 3-13 and will be in Osaka area for about 2 weeks, it’s my first time there so I don’t know much about Osaka or have any friends there. I thought I’d see if I could find some art lovers or some ppl who could show me around or hangout with. If you’re a traveler and want to explore a spot and need company or a local who can recommend the best places that would be coo!! I am a big foodie, and heard Osaka is the best place for food. If you interested in meeting up I’d love to make some new friends in a new city. Thanks for reading ◡̈

Peptide use in Japan

I’m trying to find out how people living in Japan use peptides, given the strict rules around medicines and medical devices.
I’ve read the threads about tourists physically bringing peptides or pre-filled insulin pens into Japan, but what about ordering peptides from overseas and having them shipped here?
Since peptides are amino acids, how does Japanese customs classify them? Are they treated as medicine, research products, or something else? Has anyone successfully ordered them, and did you need any special paperwork?
I’m also curious how people deal with syringes and needles, since they are regulated separately as medical devices and cannot be purchased in Japan without a doctor’s prescription. From what I’ve found, importing sterile insulin syringes or needles may require a Yunyu Kakuninsho (Import Confirmation Certificate), and the online application asks for shipment details such as the tracking number, arrival location, and product documents.
Has anyone successfully imported peptides or injection supplies for personal use, or found another practical way to use peptides while living in Japan?

I’m 45, starting peptides, started HRT, food noise vs happiness

Ive always had hormonal issues, I lost my period about 2 years ago, my estrogen levels were low but I never had any perimenopause or menopause symptoms just thought I was too young to stop bleeding but I decided to put myself on HRT this year. I’m interested in peptides because it’s hard for me to lose the weight I want after 40, I’m interested in Reta but have some worries bc I enjoy socializing, hosting/cooking and eating my community is really centered around eating well but still wanna lose weight. How do you control if you aren’t hungry but need to get all your protein etc just a little worried how much my life will change. Any advice or similarities.
