AI can write the perfect reply, but can it make it sound like you?
That’s where most AI texting tools still fall short for me. What's your opinion on this?
Roleplay gets way better when the AI stops controlling your character
I prefer when the AI only handles its own character and the environment instead of deciding what my character thinks, says, or does. It gives the conversation much more room to develop naturally. That one change made roleplay feel way less scripted for me.
What’s the most unhinged thing you’ve ever asked an AI to text for you?
reddit.comDo you still sound like yourself after using Al?
A lot of people polish every message now, but after enough rewrites, the writing starts sounding different from how they naturally speak.
Does Al preserve your personality or slowly replace it
Has Al ever convinced you not to send a message?
Not asking about rewriting a text. I mean completely changing your mind after reading an Al suggestion. Curious if anyone has avoided an awkward situation because of it.
Tried a little experiment with Al generated replies
I wrote my own reply
Then I generated another one with Al
Both were sent to different friends in similar conversations
The responses were interesting
Nobody reacted differently.
That made me realize confidence matters more than perfect wording. We probably overthink texting more than we should
The best Al replies usually need the fewest edits
I used to think the best chatbot was the one with the smartest responses
Now I judge them by something much simpler.
How many words do I have to delete before I can actually send the message?
If the answer is none natural texting better than most.
Al made my message shorter and somehow much more convincing
I kept adding explanations because I thought more details would help.
Al removed almost everything except the main point.
The reply came a few minutes later.
Maybe people really do appreciate shorter messages
Has anyone started texting differently even without using Al anymore
After spending months asking Al to rewrite messages, I feel like some of those habits stuck with me. Has using Al permanently changed the way you text?
A small experiment made me trust Al less for texting
Every one of them produced a completely different repl One sounded like a therapist
One sounded like customer support
One sounded overly excited
Only one actually felt like something a real friend would send
That made me realize there is no single "correct" Al response. A lot depends on personal style

When you realise Instagram Instants is just Zuckerberg spying memes turned into a feature
Anybody Else 20M+ Instagram Reel Views But No Followers From It?
Recently I had a reel of mine hit over 20 million views on Instagram and honestly I thought the account would explode after that. The reel pulled huge numbers, tons of shares and crazy reach outside followers. But somehow the account gained barely 50 new followers from it.
That threw me completely because smaller reels in the past had better follower conversion than this one did. Now I'm thinking if viral reels sometimes get random viewers who don't really care about the creator behind the content.
Has anyone experienced this where a big Instagram reel got crazy views but like no real follower growth from it?
Anyone else losing lots of followers
I Barely post on Instagram anymore because of how bad Instagram has gotten when i do post its when i feel like posting Something, but besides that there's way too much ai slop now and Instagram bans people's accounts for no reason at all maybe that would Explain why i been losing followers i don't know either way Instagram has gone downhill
