Non tech + MBA + b2b sales exp in fintech

Hi everyone,

I am with a query and seek directions from my fellow stalwarts. I am trying to enter salesforce and currently unable to find a direction in which I should pursue to reach there.

A few suggested getting two certificates - admin and BA.

A few said make connections internally or you won't get a chance in nontech roles.

A few said tech is the only way in.

I request my peers to help a nomad here.

TIA

Currently in a fintech startup (2.2 yoe) managing international sales and biz dev with a bit of project management as the designation reads - Program Manager

Open to pan world, not only India as a location.

Also, please let me know, if I should attach any further info necessary.

Tried shawrma at Kiit square after a recent recommendation here

Tried Kuboos near Kiit square.

I had the peri peri shawrma.

The chicken was nicely prepared. Basic sauces and not so fancy dressing. Bread was good (could be better). Overall a good place. Filling to the tummy and light on the pocket (good price).

Will try the Full meat next time.

Had a nice convo with the owner, he is a medico and has been operating Kuboos as a side hustle for 1.5 years now.

Location - Kuboos

Sunday Cooking (aaj OP ne banaya)

Butter Garlic Shrimps/Prawns and Chicken Stew

With Rice and Curd

On public demand here are the recipes:

Ckn stew -

Crush some garlic, green chilly and dhanya. Marinate the chicken with crushed paste for 5 - 10 mins while you roast a tomato and few green chillies and then crush them separately. Now add some ghee / butter / oil to the kadhai. Add the chicken to the heated pan. Once the chicken starts changing color to whitish add water as per your taste and once it starts to boil add the tomato green chilly paste. Now boil it on low flame for at least 20 mins.

Butter Garlic Prawns -

Prepare your prawns, I like them without any scales and heads, you can keep them if you want. Finely chop garlic and green chilly. Add butter to the pan, then your prawns. When they start to become red from grey, add chopped garlic and green chilly and a hint of mixed herbs and chilly flakes. Cook it on high flames 5 to 7 mins and if you want it chewy keep it on low flame for another 5 mins. Your prawns are ready. Additionally, if you can prepare white garlic sauce for pasta, you can add this to your white sauce also (otherworldly taste)
