Hello! I’m 30F and currently 56kg. Gusto ko na sana i-maintain yung ganitong weight pero shempre gusto ko mag exercise since wfh ako for 5 years na hehe.
Bali mostly ang exercise ko palang po is 40mins walking workout. Sa YT lang po yan na sinusundan ko, may workout na kasama din. Everyday ko naman yan ginagawa but I want to add weights na po. Meron ako dito 4kg (in total) po na dumbbell.
So question po is okay din ba mag 10mins weight exercise ako + 30mins walking out ako everyday (if kaya ko)? Or dapat po may pagitan?
Please enlighten me po bago palang ako magpapaka-fit hehe.

Just wanna share mine hehe.
I turned 30 last December at January 2026 nag start ako maging conscious sa health ko dahil sa kagat ng pusa HAHAHAHAHA. I started those blood tests, even imaging needed for a woman. I recently found out I have some breast cysts/lumps and I have borderline high LDL and Uric Acid. After learning that, binago ko na yung iba sa pagkain at lifestyle ko.
💊 Vitamins: Now taking Vit C (500mg) + Vitamin D (1000IU) + Zinc (10mg) + Vitamin E (200IU) everyday
🛌 Sleep: Ito di ko pa talaga maayos kasi minsan nalilibang ako 4am na ako nakakatulog. Pero sabi sa watch ko I still get 6hours of sleep.
💪 Exercise: I make sure to get my body moving via exercise or walking. If wala ako sa mood mag exercise, 3km of walking naman. Puro mga work out lang sa YT sinusundan ko, ngayon palang ako mag add ng konting weights hehe.
🍱 Food: I make sure to add fiber everyday. Dati puro lettuce lang kinakain ko na gulay as a side, ngayon I add bokchoy and brocolli na. I also monitor the fast food and processed food that I ate. Example na dito yung Vienna Sausage na talaga namang mahal na mahal ko hahahaha. My family and friends know gano ko yan kamahal pero huling kain ko pa yata was last January.
WFH ako kaya yung tulog ko talaga ang hirap akong ayusin, kahit pagod ako sa walking or exercise, gising yung diwa ko.
