Can open source asic tools like yosys or openroad help me in the asic domain since ihave no access to industry tools

imean would it matter when applying for jobs what kind of tool i used

what are the amba ahb projects ican implement and synthesize in vivado that actually makes sense or used in the industry other than axi2ahb bridge because full axi is too hard
