Free thinkers & atheists, what will be your after life arrangements
For the non-religious, anything in mind on how you'd like to be 'handled' upon your passing? Funerals etc.

This man adopted cats and dogs just to abuse and kill them. Hundreds of people gathered at his place of residence wanting to remove any other animals in his home but unfortunately no laws against animal abuse exist in China and therefore he will probably have no repercussions. This is just one single person out of the sick thousands in animal abuse rings in China. We can only pray for change.
Is getting acne on the face after HT a side effect of HT? It's odd because now I have pustules forming on my forehead and even cheeks and chest when I always had clear skin. It's been 2 weeks now. Fortunately the pustules are not in the follicles but still, odd. I'm not on any medication nor am I applying any oils on my scalp.
My clinic said I can resume any gym activities as long as not sweating too much. They have mentioned this since day 10 post HT, saying that raised blood pressure does not affect anything. Day 13 now. Google gives conflicting advice, 1 month minimally. My recovery seems to be going well. FUE non-shaven, scabs all off, slight shedding, never had any bleeding. I have limited exercise to light upper body only so far. Leg day was too much increased heart rate and sweating therefore stopped immediately. Anyone else with experience of returning to the gym early? What were your results?
Not many posts on HT in China especially for females so here goes. I'm D1 post-op of no-shave HT done in a female hairline specialist clinic (So real/ Shou rui) in Guangzhou, China. Flew here especially for this. $3400 for 2200 grafts to naturally (+tension) high temple corners without lowering forehead height. Entire procedure took 6 hours and it was extremely hard to get through the first night. If you know Chinese or mandarin it will be much easier for you to communicate and sign the forms. I will be flying home on day 3 so I will not be able to return for the complimentary hair wash but they provide almost 24/7 online support.
China is underrated for HT, more people should be aware. They offer advanced techniques at affordable prices.
I know posting this is only going to add to my anxiety but I fear I may have got baited by Chinese hair transplant clinics marketing team on rednote. I intended to fly to shenzhen but I ended up changing my flight to guangzhou for the transplant on the 23rd after someone on rednote told me that "she" advised against the one I originally was going to in shenzhen, and is going to guangzhou's shourui clinic getting it done today, on the 20th. However this person has not replied me since and I realised the rednote account is gone. I already made almost a $500 deposit because I was so eager and was afraid of payment issues when I get there. I feel so stupid now, after discovering almost every post on rednote is a secret ad not a genuine review.
Did you guys go to the gym doing light movements and then only started lifting heavy (stuff that requires bracing) 1 month later?
Volunteering for 1 week or the imire lodge is "better"? In terms of my dollars actually going into the conservation efforts? They seem very actively involved in it but I wonder what's the difference between staying in the lodge as a tourist or volunteering if only for 1 week?
