Mega Man, among the franchises i know nothing about, but i had to choose 4 picks, so they might seem quite random. Obviously if others have better picks, i would gladly hear them.

Character: Proto Man. While i know Zero is way more popular, and would probably fit as a playable character way better than Proto Man. However, i really like Proto man's design, and he seems like a cool character.

Honorable mention: Zero, obviously

Stage: Dr. Light's Labratory. The place where Mega Man lives. Since we have Dr. Wily's castle, it would be nice to have a stage based on his nice counterpart, and that would be Dr. Light's Labratory

Assist Trophy: Beat: Beat is a robot bird that assists Mega Man. He would fly around the stage and attack enemy fighters

Boss fight: Yellow Devil. Yellow Devil is infamous for ruining the Dr. Wily's Castle stage, and the only way to remove him is to turn off the Stage Hazards. So what if instead Yellow Devil is turned into a boss fight instead, and is removed from the Dr. Wily's Castle stage

Next up on this series is Animal Crossing. Animal Crossing is quite difficult to find options too, as it's a peaceful game with no violence. However after a bit of brainstorming, i was able to find something for each category. Obviously if others have better options, i would love to hear it.

Character: Tom Nook. Easily the most famous Animal Crossing character, and would probably be the 2nd character if Isabelle wasn't so popular. Tom Nook would fight like Villager and Isabelle, by using the everyday items, as well as the furnitures and bells for attacking.

Honorable mentions: Timmy and Tommy, being a duo fighter like the Ice Climbers

Stage: Animal Crossing New Horizon. This would be simple, a stage based on Animal Crossing New Horizons

Assist Trophy: Jingle. Finding an Assist Trophy was quite difficult, as most of the characters in Animal Crossing are really passive. However Jingle could work as an Assist Trophy. He could throw around presents, each with different effects. If these presents are picked up, they could drop a random item, heal you, give you some sort of status effect or explode. This way it would be a gamble to pick up these presents.

Boss fight: Tarantula. Now this was probably the most difficult franchise to find a boss fight for, simply due to how the games plays. There are only 2 things in this franchise that pose a threath to the player, those being the bees and the tarantula. Since the bees are an item, then the tarantula could be the boss. The fighters would be shrinked, and would have to fight a giant tarantula

Pikmin is one of my favorite Nintendo franchises, and the amount of stuff that these games have could work really well in a future Smash game. It was really difficult only choosing 1 for each category, however i managed to pick 4 of them, however there are a lot of honorable mentions here. I would also like to hear what other people's choices are.

Character: The Rookie and Oatchi. The problem with the Pikmin games is that all of the 7 playable characters are functionaly the same, with some minor abilities and the use of Pikmin. However the Rookie has 1 key difference, and that's Oatchi, which is the 8th playable character. However unlike the other 7, Oatchi plays differently, as he is a dog, and together with the Rookie, they could make an interesting moveset.

Stage: Twilight River. My favorite area in all of Pikmin. The scenery is gorgeous and the enemy variety is nice too. Honestly all of the areas in the Pikmin games would be good as stages, however if i had to pick one it would have to be Twilight River

Assist Trophy: Swooping Snitchbug. One of the classic enemies, and for good reason. It's an annoying type of enemy that catches Pikmin and buries them, meaning you have to pluck them back. In Smash it could serve the same purpose, swooping in to grab a fighter, before slamming them down and burying them.

Honorable mentions: Fiery Blowhog, walks around and shoots fire at random. Puffy Blowhog, flies around and shoots a gust of winds, pushing fighters around. Yellow Wollyhop, jumps in the air and slams down with force. Careening Dirigibug, flies around and drops Bomb Rocks which explode after a couple of seconds.

Boss fight: Scornet Maestro. The boss of Twilight River. Its a giant bee like creature that commands an army of Scornets. The Scornets would do the fighting and defend the boss, so you would have to get past the Scornets to damage the boss.

Honorable mentions: Titan Dweevil, the final boss of Pikmin 2.
