Hi! I recently received my BPI card, but I’ve been having problems ever since.

I’ve been trying to register my account online/BPI app, but I’m not receiving any OTP. I’ve tried requesting it multiple times, but nothing comes through.

I also tried activating my card through a BPI ATM, but every attempt shows **“Unable to Process Transaction.”** I’ve tried again several times, but the same error keeps appearing.

I tried contacting them kaso my both of my sim ayaw kahit naka ilang load na ako ng call for all networks.
Hindi ko pa kasi mapuntahan yung branch dahill gabi na ako nagoout from work tapos ngayon closed sila.
I’m wondering if anyone has experienced the same issue, especially with both the OTP and card activation not working. Were you able to fix it?

Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Almost 3months on the job. First ward was pedia and ngayon narotate ako sa general ward and I can’t stop thinking about why I feel like I’m not improving.
Apartment-hospital lang naman ako, but somehow still feel so behind.

I always feel stupid. Ang bagal ko pa rin sa ibang tasks, I can’t manage my time esp paperworks tapos minsan nakakalimutan magrelay sa doctors.

Every time I feel like I've made even a little progress, I mess up again and feel like I'm back to square one.

I love my workmates, mababait sila pero may time na yung iba parang napipilosopo ako sa mga tanong ko. Ako kasi yung parang madalas mag-ask ng questions or ng help sa kanila. Minsan tinitiming ko nalang na hindi sila busy or nasa mood to double checked yung gawa ko.

Hindi ko rin maiwasang isipin na baka nadidisappoint sila sa’kin or naiinis, pinaguusapan, lalo kapag may nagagawa akong errors or kaya kapag hindi pa rin ako gamay sa mga tinuro nila sakin.

I’m so embarrassed because sometimes even with just 4–5 patients, I still struggle to keep up and my seniors will go pick up my slack and I feel like I’m making their shifts harder.
Honestly, if I were in their position, I’d probably get frustrated too.

Plus every rotation gngrade-an kami based sa performance namin pero heto ako slow pa rin matuto.

Hello po, we’re being offered kasi ng CathLab training sa hosp namin and iniisip ko rin kasi if i-ggrab ko ba, kaya would like to know sana kung ano po experience nyo sa CathLab. Thank you.

Sorry for the term, “mapahiya” pero kasi sa mga videos or posts sa ibang platform nakikita ko usually yung iba sating nurses hindi na binabawi yung ballpen nila sa mga doctors.
I even had a classmate before na pinahiram ng pen si doc tapos hindi na kinuha pero sinasabi na nakay doc yung favorite pen nya.

It made me wonder, natatakot o nahihiya ba sila kay doc? Magagalit ba if you asked them sa pen mo?
Yun lang, hehe.
