I didn't eat the rock or stickers but technically they would still be vegan I guess
I accidentally reinvented a ranch style dipping sauce/salad dressing from first principles today while trying to improvise a non-dairy white sauce for falafel. Less than 80 calories per quarter cup serving, 4g of protein, rich and delicious. Just throw all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
And also strawberries but they're from the store
Hi! So I'm still pretty new at having a fully plant based diet and while I'm enthusiastic about it I am noticing some side effects. Not to put too fine a point on it - do the horrific farts ever get better? Am I going to smell like a diaper bin forever? And if it does change, how long does it typically take?

Seitan ham slices, figs, and fresh basil on zardyplants' mozzarella sauce. Its my first vegan pizza and it came out so yummy, I'm over the moon :D
I made the dressing using miso paste, peach cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard but left the mustard and vinegar off the calorie tracker because they add a negligible amount
