26F I’ve never really had acne before, these just showed up friday

pic 1 -> pic 2 was no treatment -> selsun blue dandruff shampoo

pic 2->3 was i stopped selsun and switched to pore pads because I heard dandruff shampoo was more for fungal acne

pic 3->4 the medicine pore pads in the am and differen in the PM

(every morning and night also included cleaner + [treatment] + moisturizer

should I go back to selsun? cause it is getting worse is it not?!!??? im gonna cry
