Cherries

I’m sure everyone knows but cherries are $0.76/per lb right now to celebrate the 250 4th of July.

We bought like 7 bags and are drying them.

I never even saw cherries this cheap in the 90s.

I’m in Northern California. Hopefully, the sale is going on all over.

White chocolate

is it just me or does anyone else lament the lack of real white chocolate being widely available on the market?

in the 90s Hershey’s Cookies ‘n‘ Creme was made of real white chocolate. We also had White Crunch bars at most regular stores.

the white chips for baking cookies aren‘t even real white chocolate anymore; you have to search for the real stuff online.
