Is there a way to run both DV360 and Amazon DSP without signing separate enterprise contracts?
We're a small agency and don't have the volume for that.
Every partner I've talked to basically says "here's your login, good luck" I need someone who'll actually jump on calls and help us build campaigns and troubleshoot.
We are trying to upgrade our programmatic setup. We really want to use DV360 for native YouTube and Amazon DSP for their retail shopper data.
The problem is that signing direct contracts for both platforms means taking on two massive monthly spend minimums at the same time, plus forcing our team to learn two totally different UIs. I need a way to access both platforms simultaneously without getting locked into insane minimums so if anybody knows please help us

Because of this, we're stuck using basic self-serve tools, but we're hitting a wall with limited inventory and weak data tracking. Aside from draining our budget on a contract floor we aren't ready for, how are mid-market brands getting direct enterprise infrastructure? Any ways that don't involve sketchy resellers?
