2 days post injection into delt I get a lump about 8cm below the injection site like middle of the arm near bicep. It goes away after maybe 4 or 5 days

But now Iv injected upper glute and have a lump HIGHER than the injection site - Iv tensed my glute and had a feel around and the lump is like at the very top of my glute muscle.

The lump is not attached to skin I can pull skin away from it. Not red or hot kind of feels like a knot

Is this caused my volume being too large? I don’t have big muscle bellies. Or is it a leak? Am I going too deep? Am I not pressing the site enough afterwards?
