To start, i did read the pinned link about the infostealers (r/computerviruses/s/UvD7tcw1xm)

And i didnt meet any of the things it mentioned (not logged out of any accounts, no psssword changes/requests), but i want to know if there is a way to be sure.

I have been downloading a lot of games, and i worry that one of them might have had the renpy malware and i didnt know. I never saw the black box blue loading bar ui, and i have ublock origin and bypass short links on brave.

But is there any way to be certain i didnt get an infostealer and just never knew because they didnt make it obvious?

Or could someone please reasure me that i am likely ok.

I have never used FDM before, and I tried to search for some support on the sub but I couldn't find much. I am trying to download resident evil 4 from fitgirl, and I am using the datanode links from FitGirl's Pastebin. I then use "paste urls from clipboard" in FDM, then I paste all of the links from fitgirls pastebin.

I am not sure what I am doing wrong. I know that on fitgirl it says to use IDM, but is FDM and IDM not interchangeable? id really appreciate some support for this, because when I tried to use jdownloader for the fuckingfast and multiupload links, it didnt work.

I have really good wifi, (400 mbps download and upload), and I have a really good computer, so I know that it has nothing to do with hardware or wifi. I am not connected via ethernet cable, but my ping is great in any other online game (marvel rivals for example), so I don't think I really need ethernet and it would be a pain to set it up just for roblox.

Is there no way to fix bad ping? Is it simply just roblox servers being terrible? I also downloaded an extension called "RoSeal" that lets you see what servers are close to my region, and even if I join a server that is said to be in my city, my ping is still horrendous and can get to 200+.

I have tried going to appdata and clearing the roblox cache as well as ensuring that roblox is allowed through my firewall, but is there anything else that I can try to do to fix it, or is this simply a roblox problem that they have never fixed?

I see so many posts about bad ping but no one seems to have a good answer for it, but I am hoping someone might be able to help me.
