I’m looking for ideas for a reception only in the western suburbs. If my fiancé and I did a destination wedding for immediate family, we’d want to do a party or reception type thing here. Wanting to know other people’s experiences. I’m a single mother to a four-year-old and we’ve always lived with my parents since he was born. We all get along and are extremely close, but I have a new relationship and we’re planning on buying a house within the next year. I’m terrified of my son’s transition to living out of his grandparents house.- all he has ever known. Anyone else have experiences like this? How did it go for your child? I want to live nearby, but it depends on what we can afford. Any advice to help with this transition would be greatly appreciated.
