edit: I'm not American! and yes I used milk. and used beef mince instead of sausage. Lke my gravy spicy, so I added cayenne and chilli powder.

@ Dover Park Hospice. Capturing quiet moments in the chaos. Mum passed away February of this year. She fought cancer for 3 years, and was in hospice care for a month.
