For those who get more energy from tirzepatide...

For those who get more energy from tirzepatide, what pharmacy do you use? I got really good energy and mood with bpi. When I switched to Casa I would fall asleep within a few hours of injection, feel drowsy all week, and depressed. I got some more bpi and feel fantastic again! I'm thinking its the high amount of b6 but I could be wrong.

Whats everyone eating for dinner?

Just wondering what everyone is eating for dinner these days? I'm hooked on fire roasted brussel sprouts and marketside chicken noodle soup.

Is BPI still in stock?

I ordered BPI specifically. I saw a comment on here from 4 hours ago that a woman ordered bpi but received Greenwich and she thinks they musy be out of bpi. Freaked out, I sent a message to Gimme care, support and the provider. I told them that I only want bpi labs and if they dont have any to cancel my order and do not charge me. Within minutes of sending the message, I was "approved" by the provider and immediately charged. Should I be worried?

B6 or B12? Which one?

For those of you that compound with b12 or b6, which do you prefer and why? I loved my bpi b6. It gave me sooo much energy! My new pharmacy has b6 but it makes me drowsy.... I have some new stuff coming with b12, I hope it gives me energy!

Pharmacy change/different b6 reaction

Hey everyone!

I was originally on tirzepatide w/b6 from bpi labs. I loved it! I was full of energy and happiness after every injection! Obviously bpi labs is out of the game now. So I was switched to Casa. I've had some other issues with them BUT for some reason I'm worn out and drowsy from the injection. When I take a shot from casa, I immediately fall asleep and feel drowsy for days. Bpi labs b6 gave me insomnia. How can 2 different medications with the same b6 give me such vastly different reactions? I have another prescription coming from a different pharmacy but I had to choose b12. I like Goby meds but I'm likely going to get done with them due to limited good options....Im nervous about the b12 because idk how I'll react. I really miss bpi 😢

New Pharmacy adjustment period?

I saw a comment on here that said: "It takes a few weeks for your body to get used to a new pharmacy. It's not bad, it's just different."

How do you all feel about that? Do you think there’s actually an adjustment period when switching pharmacies (maybe due to different carrier oils, supplies, etc.), or do you think that when a pharmacy/batch is good, you just know right after the first injection?

BPI labs w/b6 similar pharmacy?

Anyone who was on bpi labs tirz and had to switch, have you found a pharmacy that is similar? Particularly if you used their tirz w/b6. I know bpi used a good amount of b6 and I liked that. It gave me an energy boost. Anyone find anything similar?... oh and if anyone has anything negative to say, please keep it to yourself! Find another post to act like you know it all on 😉

Stomach irritated/sulfer burps

Hey everyone!

Ive been on tirzepatide since early March. Ive felt nothing but amazing the whole time. Last week I ate a couple protein bars that DID NOT settle well. I felt sick so I stopped eating them, and assume I dont tolerate them well. Last Friday I took my tirzepatide shot. It was an my first 0.30ml, up from 0.20ml. Saturday morning I woke up and my stomach was grumbling and "angry". I also had the sulfer burps which lasted for a couple days. I felt a little more nauseas the rest of the week but nothing intolerable. Today is Friday again. I usually take my injections Fridays before dinner. Well all day today my stomach has felt irritable, grumbles, and the grumbles are giving me the chills. Because of this I decided to D/C tonight's injection. Im wondering how long I should wait to take another injection. Has anyone started having symptoms like this a couple months in to taking the injections? Any suggestions? Thanks.
