26M 5'10 170lbs how much of this is still fat?
Went from 260lbs to 160lbs been maintaining around 170lbs now looking what kind of surgery would I benefit from? Also when lay down my nipples also sag down so I may need some work around that area as well?

High cholesterol numbers 26' Male 5'10 170lbs
I'm about 90% carnivore for the past year and a half mostly on 90/10 ground beef,eggs and steak I'm in good physical shape weight lift heavy 4+ times a week currently. High cholesterol/poor health genetics do run in my family as I'm pretty much the only one in good shape my levels have always been pretty high but after carnivore for the year and a half they skyrocketed I'm scared my doctor will put me on some stupid medication.
