Total apartment purchase cost

Hello!

I’m planning to buy my first apartment with mortgage.
I already know I need about 27,5% of the price available upfront.
After paying that, I’d like to know what other costs come up immediatelly and around how much (dewa, empower registration, gas connection…)?
Anything else? And when is the first service charge bill usually charged? Immediately upon move-in?

Anything I should be cautious of, any extra tips…?

THANK YOU!

Is this fungal or trauma?

Super concerned about the longitudinal pink streaks under nail. I’m trying to cut the white off as much as possible every time but seems to be staying too… I’ve been applying loceryl weekly since april. Scared it’s early dermatophytoma?

First uti, persistent pain help

Hello ladies! I’m looking for some insight from women or medical practitioners who have had experience in this area before.

I got my first UTI. It started with urethral pain out of nowhere at 10pm, normal urine, no pain peeing. 2h later fully bloody urine, and a couple h later stabbing bladder pain.
I took an antibiotic already at 7am (nitrofurantoin, every 12h), since it was progressing so quickly. Went to the lab at 11am. independent lab confirmed a serious infection (leukocyte esterase 4+, blood 3+, red blood cells 55-60, WBCs >100, bacteria moderate). I didn’t do a culture test.

Unfortunately my job closely monitors my health therefore I did not go to the clinic to see a dr. If we get put on medication we’re not allowed to work in case of potential side effects.

The blood went away in about 24h, and pain when peeing resolved in about 2 days.
Box said treatment course is 7-10 days. I took the antibiotic for 9 days because I still had (and have) bladder/pubic area pain and clitoral sensitivity..
I’m on my first day off of antibiotic right now.

Is the pain after an infection that bad common? Any recommendation what to do in the following days? Cranberry sachets? Maybe a repeated urine test? Also terrified of getting a yeast infection bc of antibiotics (never had it before tho).

Of course if I get bloody urine again or any systemic symptoms I will go get evaluated by a doctor, but while I don’t have typical uti symptoms, just general pain in the area, I’d try to avoid bc they refrain from doing any lab tests and would just prescribe a different antibiotic which I fear would mess up my flora even more. And it would seriously affect my job.

Any advice is welcome.
Thank you!
