I'm under the impression that the vast majority is reopened, but for some reason I'm having trouble finding an accurate, up-to-date map or information source. Anyone have a good link?

Does anyone make a weatherproof equivalent of one of these punch down junction boxes? I have some weatherproof double female couplers, but am interested in reducing the points of failure/signal loss.
Hey all, I did a light overhaul on this guy's home network the other day. The customer is very happy, but I'm left wondering how I could make the install look cleaner and more professional without too much more work and very minimal extra cost while keeping it very serviceable.
What I did: added the mounting board, moved all the equipment onto it. I added the surge protector, 2.5G switch, and patch panel. I relocated all the ethernet lines that were run through the house from the utility panel you can see the top of in the lower left corner to the patch panel. I used some eyelet zip ties to create loops to run cables through to keep them semi-organized (I'm expecting this is an area where there's likely a cleaner approach.) I also terminated, tested, and labelled the lines throughout the house, with matching labels on faceplates.
For reference, the rightmost item is a cable modem/router that is the owner's "old" internet, but he kept for backup service. Right now he just has his work computer connected to it via WiFi in addition to a hardline from the main network as a failover, while the TP-Link mesh point was provided by the new fiber ISP. (There is a second mesh point with a wired backhaul elsewhere in the house.) The ISP had mounted the mesh point with the 3 screws, I just kept their mounting style when I moved everything to the mounting board. I probably would've looked up a nice mount & 3D printed something for it, but the customer didn't want the delay or expense (not that I would've charged much for the mount). The customer wanted the red cable to be able to reach to unplug from the fiber PoE injector (second from right) to the cable modem (far right) in case of an outage, so it has extra length for that purpose.
I love a clean install, but also like to keep things easily adjustable, so I'm open to suggestions to polish future similar installations. As mentioned, I have a 3D printer, so if there are cable organizing things I could pre-print (or something to buy) and add to my supply boxes, that's an option.
So I've set up a mini PC running Linux Mint to act as my Rustdesk server, and I've put it on a VLAN (UniFi) for extra security. I have the port forwarding rules in place, and the server is functional... mostly.
I can remote into a remote computer running Rustdesk on the server.
I can remote into a remote computer from another remote computer (both off site from the server).
The issue is that any computer at the same site (on different VLAN) as the server can't connect to the server. My understanding is that the router will recognize that both computers are at the same site & try to route the connection directly, but then the VLAN being isolated blocks that. The computer on site just gives "Not ready. Please check your connection."
Are there settings I need to put in place in UniFi to fix this? Or do I need to ditch the isolated VLAN setup? Is that safe?
I manage a bunch of UniFi sites, and 5 Omada sites. They're small sites with pretty simple setups, so I don't have to dive into the details often, but I'm struggling right now with one Omada site, and it happens to be my own home. My wife works from home and is having the internet cut out, not every day, but on days it does it it'll be multiple times in a day. What I don't know is if it's an ISP issue or a network issue. UniFi has a super obvious bar showing ISP status throughout the day. I'm confident Omada has the information stored too, but I sure can't find it. Googling where to find it seems to be giving me results based on older UI layouts, because it tells me to click on menu selections that don't exist.
Where do I go in the current interface (my controller and all device firmware are up to date) to find logs or graphs to see ISP disconnects?
