When training in judo in gi is it effective in street fights where someone is wearing normal clothes?

Good evening,

One of my friends lost £1400. He got a notification that someone was added as a payee and when he checked his account the money was gone. He rang his bank fraud team and they said that unfortunately you won’t be able to recover this money because you have added the person as a payee and sent the money. My friend has never added anyone or was willing to send a large amount. The bank also stated that the money was sent from the ip address my friend was living at? He believes no one has access to his phone because when he got the notification as to a payee added he was in his room and the door was locked?

Any advice appreciated please and could the money ever come back?

I have done Muay Thai for about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it. I want to be skilled for self defence.

Have started Muay Thai for 3 weeks now and my coach says my hips are too tight and I need to stretch to open them up to be flexible?

What advice or exercises can you give me to help?
