Im looking for something that can fit 2 people and a border collie in the back.
Buying used, nothing too fancy.

I saw few posts where a enthusiasts car gets totaled and the “guilty” driver had no insurance and they dont get any payout.

How does that work?

For example in my 3rd world country if i have no insurance and total someone elses car, their insurance will pay them out and sue me into oblivion until i repay the damages from my own wallet.

Do those drivers just get away with it or what?
