Daughters are getting into travel softball now so I’m looking to upgrade my glove to something mid level, around $200 or so. The idea is this would be a glove I can use as they progress from 8/10U through high school.

Problem is any fast pitch specific gloves are small on my hand (I assume because they’re intended for women) and the slow pitch gloves are all massive 13” or larger and local options they all seem cheap. I’m thinking I could just buy a baseball glove and use that. Is this a terrible idea? I was thinking 12.5” or 12.75” glove and breaking it in with a softball.

Any thoughts?

Just set up my new Roam 3 and trying to get it to control my Varia light and having no luck. With my Bolt V2 it would turn it on and off when I started or ended a ride, but with the Roam it was only working if I manually turned the Varia on.

Is there something I need to do when I pair to make it function that way? I really don’t want to have to turn on and off the light each ride.

Having issues with shifting my Rival XPLR AXS derailleur with 10-44 cassette. Installed new chain and checked the B screw setting with my dual sided gauge and adjusted it to 7mm per specs and it was shifting fine just loud. Reread the procedure for setting the B screw and realized I had the chain on the largest cog when I set the B screw, followed the procedure with the chain on the 2nd largest cog but now it won’t shift past 5th gear. If I reset the B screw gap on the largest cog it shifts fine.

I’m lost here, what am I missing.
