I got a private scan today at exactly 7 weeks and the Dr said the yolk sac was visible but no heartbeat. I was told to come back in a week. Did anyone have a good outcome from this kind of news?

My cycle is normally very regular so I‘d be shocked to find I ovulated later than expected. I may have heard the Dr say i was measuring 6 weeks 4 days but there were so many measurements that I don’t remember what I was hearing exactly.

I‘m a naturally pessimistic person so i‘m trying not to spiral into my usual worst case scenario thinking so any good outcomes from similar scenarios would be appreciated.

I am doing research on my family and was looking for them in the local newspaper. Here are other names I found in print in January of 1890. This place is (roughly) half way between Geneva and Zurich but is french speaking. It is interesting to see how this influences the names.
