Hey everyone, I need some advice on a new setup. My budget is pretty tight at a strict 30,000 INR, and I'll be using it entirely for office work or studying. I don't game at all. To be honest, I don't really know much about computers or hardware, so I'm a bit lost. I am trying to decide if it's better to build a desktop tower or if I should just look for a basic laptop around 35k.

I am looking to buy a laptop within a ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 budget for normal everyday use and basic office work (browsing, Word, Excel). I don't know anything about laptops or tech specs, so I'm completely lost.
