I'm an industrial designer. I got tired of bulky cast-metal aftermarket parts, so I CNC-machined a minimalist A-pillar mount for the Wrangler's Here is my R&D journey.

Hey guys, I'm a designer and run a small aftermarket brand (IRURI).

I’ve always thought most light mounts look like chunky, cast-metal blocks that ruin the Jeep's clean lines. Plus, I absolutely refuse to drill into the body. Since I love a minimalist industrial aesthetic, I decided to just design my own.

We skipped cheap casting and CNC-machined this out of a solid block of 6061 aerospace aluminum, finished in hard-anodized black.

It bolts straight into the factory holes in minutes. I took the prototype down some nasty washboard trails last week—it’s rock solid with absolutely zero rattling. I also designed it with two mounting positions so you can easily fit 5" to 7" pods and still get the perfect angle.

Do you guys dig this minimalist CNC vibe? Any feedback or tweaks you'd suggest if I do a V2?

Tired of heavy steel bars, so I CNC-machined a Zero-to-End Aluminum-Magnesium guard for my Bronco.

As the designer of the IRURI system, I wanted to create something that feels like it came from the factory, but with the strength of CNC-machined Aluminum-Magnesium. No welds. No excess weight. Just clean lines and modular freedom.
