I have the Charge 6 (and the product page clearly states this supports it). It showed Cardio Fitness Score all the time.
Now as I understand it, they renamed it to VO2 Max. However, the new app just says "not tracked" forever. What am I missing here? I do have Premium.
I bought a home that was built in the 50's and it has well water and this water system. The previous owners didn't leave any instruction manuals.
What do I need to do to maintain this, and any ideas what the white tablets above are? I didn't see a label.
This field is NOT required and not related to the PlayOnline account password.
(It's really only intended if you share a computer with 1 computer account. It's a local password for when someone opens PlayOnline software. Also since it requires the SquareEnix password to be typed at login, the field is meaningless now)
The yellow exclamations represent a required field, and the Square Enix ID is required at this point too.
I suspect there's been a lot of confusion setting up PlayOnline recently due to this.
There's nothing under "Logs" on the UI. Support has been mostly not helpful (closed with "So, I suggest monitoring the situation. And if you receive any such email/alert, check for any issues or performances"). This is repeating multiple times a day.
I did download the Support File, but there's a massive amount of files and I'm unsure which directory + file this would fall under.

I get questions into modmail from users, and there is a big red error that says this. How exactly are the mods supposed to reply using modmail?
I'm unable to submit reports using this typical form. As soon as I select the first option, I'm stuck at a spinning wheel forever.
