hi! coming from a condo and recently planning to move out. i came across this apartment na walking distance lang sa school ko, although nasanay kasi akong own meter sa meralco then madalas thru app lang nagbabayad hehe

with this new scene, normal po ba ang 23 per kwh submeter nila? :(( kinda curious kasi nabasa ko recently 16kwh charge ng meralco. i really like the place po pero nakakatakot kasi yung thru submeter yung utility ko. any thoughts po!

hello! can i ask what’s the catch with cityland? bakit parang super mura ng condo units nila compared to other condos around taft? aside from the buildings being older, i’m wondering if there’s anything else that explains the price difference. safe and okay pa rin ba to live there?
